K8s Connect gathers Kubernetes experts to share experiences as well as those keen to learn about why and how to implement Kubernetes. 




Tom Gallacher - Staff Engineer, YLD

Tom is a staff engineer at YLD, developing using Node.js in large production applications and, within the last couple of years, started focusing on the infrastructure that supports these applications.

Tom will be telling the story of how we helped Conde Nast build, deploy and deliver a global Kubernetes platform to power Vogue, GQ and other internal projects.

Adam Westbrook - Platform Engineer, Co-op

Adam is part of the Platform Engineering team in Co-op Digital, working with delivery teams and developers to build the infrastructure for a variety of Co-op services. Recently he has worked on Kubernetes roll-outs on the Web and Shifts teams across both AWS and Azure.

Adam will be talking about the lessons learnt from the first year of K8s at Co-op.
